All Card holder information is Secure through a secure payment gateway and we do not store card holder info on the website. Also we do not share customer information with any other third party.


Shipment

b) If you place an order before 3 PM ET, it is most likely that the product will be shipped the same day.   We pay special attention to Overnight Orders. As we Know  The best way to ensure that your order is received is to call. We welcome your inquiry into the status of your order. If your order is especially time sensitive call us and we will work on it right away. This allows us the best opportunity to get your order out right away. We understand emergencies and we will work to accommodate you.

c) Orders placed during the weekends or holidays are shipped the next business day.

e) We do not ship to guest at hotels.

f) All Shipments are Based on Business day Travel not including Saturday or Sunday (with the exception of Saturday Delivery).

g) We do not ship to Po Boxes 

d) We are not responsible for severe weather delays at origin or destination of any item sold.

h) We do not ship to UPS stores 

i) Please note there will be an $11.00 fee to re-ship ground orders that are undeliverable. Additional charges may apply for upgrading the ship type other than ground services. Customers requesting upgrades on shipment from ground to expedited services must contact customer service.

j) Shipping and billing address must be the same, if not, please call your credit card company to have the new (different) shipping address approved.

k) Shipping Definitions

Saturday Delivery – Means Sometime Saturday 
Next Day AM Service – Means Sometime the Next Business Day in AM or thereabouts
Next Day Service – Means Sometime the Next Business Day 
2 Day Service – Means 2 Business Days 
3 Day Service – Means 3 Business Days 
Ground is Free in USA 48 States – Times Vary 1 – 7 Business Days for you to receive the product, depending on the shipping address and where we ship from. Server Supply is based in NY however, that does not mean that all products will be shipped from NY. We have business partners in several states.

Ground shipping orders may take upto 24-48 to process. But we try to process all ground orders same day.

We are not responsible for weather Challenges experienced by our carriers. We cannot guarantee exact shipping times regardless of Carrier Claims. If the carrier is late through no fault of our own no credit for shipping will be issued.

Payment

Payment for the products will be made by MC/VISA AMEX DISCOVER, PayPal, Wire Transfer, Western Union or some other prearranged payment method unless credit terms have been agreed to by Server Supply. We do not accept credit cards that are issued by foreign banks.

Our Credit Card Policy requires all shipments to be sent only to the account holder’s home or Business address. For security we cannot redirect packages to a person other than the card holder. In certain cases, Server Supply will consider to shipping to an alternate address. 
We also may require that you: 
1. Fill out the Card Authorization form 
2. Include a copy of your Driver License/State Issued Photo ID 
3. Copy of the Credit Card (both sides) 
4. Card holder must sign in the authorization form on the line indicated. 

All the information obtained on the form will be kept strictly confidential by Server Supply. If Server Supply determines an order to be a high risk order, Server Supply will only accept “Wire transfer” as a payment method. 

In addition, Server Supply reserves the right to reject any order. 

Any fraud payment attempt is usually notified to the concerned law enforcement agencies. Late Fee Policy: A Late Fee of 1.5% (or Highest Rate Permitted by Law, if less) per month will be assessed on the Total Balance Due when more than 30 days past due. 

Should ServerSupply.com Inc. decide upon non payment of terms offered or later that a collection agency is required for payment any and all collection fees would be due in addition to any late fees.

Products

Server Supply continually upgrades and revises its products and prices. Server Supply may revise and discontinue products or change prices at any time without prior notice to customers.

All software is provided subject to the license agreement that is part of the package. Customer agrees that it will be bound by the license agreement once the package is opened or its seal is broken.

All Licenses, Digital Goods, Services or non Physical Goods Such as Service Contracts or Agreements are not returnable.

International Orders

Our International trade is only Business to Business. Order must be over $500. Customer must have an account with FedEx or UPS, because we ship International orders on customers account. 

All International orders are pre-paid via wire transfer. After you place the order online we will E-mail you the money transfer information

All products Not for Sale in North Korea, Myanmar, Iran, Libya, Syria, Sudan and Cuba.

Returning Product

Products may be returned for replacement or refund within 30 days of purchase.

After 30 days it is under manufacturer warranty, if any exists. Manufacturer’s warranties vary by product category. Some products are not returnable if opened. Sealed Retail Boxed items are not returnable when opened.  You may return to manufacturer.

All software is provided subject to the license agreement that is part of the package. Customer agrees that it will be bound by the license agreement once the package is opened or its seal is broken.

Licenses, Digital Goods, Services or non Physical Goods Such as Service Contracts or Agreements are not returnable.

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.  Customer pays for the shipping cost of any product returned.  All replacements are shipped ground unless paid by the customer for faster a method. Premium Shipping charges are non-refundable.

All Credit Card processing fees are non-refundable.

Physically damaged products are not returnable. Please notify the shipper immediately if you receive damaged merchandise.

Product Damaged in Transit/ Shipping: If you receive a package/box that shows obvious sign of damage, please refuse the shipment/Package. The shipping carrier( ex. FedEx, UPS, DHL or USPS) is responsible for these damages, not you. Upon opening the package, if you discover that the item was damaged during shipment, please contact the carrier immediately for an inspection. Then please contact Server supply and Server Supply will file a claim. 

If you received a damaged Package/Box, you must report it to Server Supply within 2 Business Days. If you fail to report within 2 Business days, Server Supply will not be responsible for the damage claims.

Defective/ DOA: If you received a defective/DOA item, a replacement will be shipped to you. For RMA claims of Dead on arrival product a 50% RMA Fee will be issued if the product is found to be working. 

Do not attempt to send something other than what we sent you. All shipments and serial numbers are scanned and or video recorded prior to shipment. 

Before you return a product, you must get an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from Server Supply’s RMA department. Products returned without an RMA number are not considered as returns. Server Supply must receive all incoming merchandises within 10 days otherwise RMA will be void.

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.Server Supply.com Inc. Limited Consumer Warranty.

What do our warranties cover?

30 Days Warranty:

Replacement or refund. In case of defects in the material, we will first try to replace the merchandise. We shall keep replacing the merchandise as long as it remains under the period of the original warranty. If we fail to replace the merchandise, we will refund the actual sell price of the merchandise.  Shipping charge and tax, if any, are not refundable.  Server Supply reserves the right to decide whether it will replace the product or refund the amount.

Extended in House Warranty:

Extended 1 Year in House warranty starts after the original warranty (30 days) and ends 1 year from the purchase date indicated on the invoice. In case of defects in the material Server supply will provide only 1 time replacement. If we fail to replace the merchandise, we will refund the actual sell price of the merchandise. Warranty charge, Shipping charge and tax, if any, are not refundable. Server Supply reserves the right to decide whether it will replace the product or refund the amount.

What Does Our Warranty Not Cover?

Our warranties do not cover any problem that is caused by
(a) accident; abuse; neglect; shock; electrostatic discharge; heat or humidity beyond product specifications; improper installation; operation; maintenance or modification;

(b) any misuse contrary to the instructions in the user manual;

(c) lost passwords;

(d) malfunctions caused by other equipment. Our limited warranties are void if a product is returned with removed, damaged or tampered labels or any alterations (including removal of any component or external cover). Our warranties do not cover data loss or damage to other equipment.  Also, consequential damages; incidental damages; and costs related to data recovery, removal and installation are not recoverable under our warranties.

What Do You Have To Do?

In case of defects in the material, please call 800-778-7759 and ask for RMA number and return address.  Server Supply will not provide any warranty coverage unless you follow proper return procedure.

Limitation of Liability

SERVER SUPPLY DOES NOT ACCEPT LIABILITY BEYOND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH HEREIN, INCLUDING ANY LIABILITY FOR PRODUCTS NOT BEING AVAILABLE FOR USE OR FOR LOST OR CORRUPTED DATA OR SOFTWARE, OR THE PROVISION OF SERVICES AND SUPPORT. SERVER SUPPLY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OR OTHER CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY THIRD PARTY EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN. CUSTOMER AGREES THAT FOR ANY LIABILITY RELATED TO THE PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES BUNDLED WITH THE PRODUCTS, SERVER SUPPLY IS NOT LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY AMOUNT OF DAMAGES ABOVE THE AGGREGATE DOLLAR AMOUNT PAID BY CUSTOMER FOR THE PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES UNDER THIS AGREEMENT.
